I did a half Costco pork loin (got it on the $8 off per package deal for I think around $2 lb.). Rubbed with Meat Church Hot Honey Hog and smoked on my Costco Traeger Fremont at 225 for about 3 hours. I spritzed it with AC, AC vinegar and maple syrup a couple for times in the last hour until it reached 140. Really nice and juicy still, pulled it at 140 because they can dry out. I did some roasted rosemary/garlic baby potatoes, and my wife made a nice salad. It was a really great cheap meal. I didn't break down the cost, but we have leftovers for a couple of more meals.

Beautiful!
Dang, that looks absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been eyeballing those pork loins every time I’m at Costco but never pulled the trigger. How was the flavor with that Hot Honey Hog rub? Did you get any good bark on it?
